STAFF EVALUATIONS

The OCF Personnel Committee invites interested parties to offer input on the evaluations of our staff. Return forms by 5pm, December 15, 2014, to the Fair office or pc@oregoncountryfair.org.

You may request a hard copy by sending a request to the Personnel Committee. Please specify which form(s) you want.

An anonymous summary will be presented to staff and a verbatim report will be presented to the board with names removed.

The OCF Personnel Committee seeks comments on updating the General Manager's job description (current version available here).
